We design digital experiences that bring sales closer to customers without compromising on interaction quality. For Volkswagen Turkey, our focus was to build a streamlined interface that lets consumers book and hold video-meetings with sales representatives. The result is a high-usability application that turns a traditional showroom visit into a digital conversation.

Project Overview
Volkswagen Turkey wanted to offer consumers a way to connect with sales advisors online, select vehicle models, set appointments and complete discussions without needing to physically visit a showroom.
Our role was to define the digital journey and craft the visual and interaction design that supports this new mode of car-buying.
Goals

Consumers are increasingly expecting fast, accessible and remote ways to engage with brands. The goal was to digitize the initial sales meeting while maintaining professionalism and ease of use.
We focused on designing a platform that:

Crafting a Design-Led Remote Sales Experience
We led the strategy and design process to deliver a platform where digital meetings feel natural and efficient.
User Journey Strategy
We mapped how users move from interest to booking to meeting, highlighting where friction could be removed and clarity increased.
UX Design
We structured the flow: model selection, dealer choice, appointment scheduling and video meeting launch. Each step was refined for simplicity and clarity.
UI Design
A modern visual system was applied to reflect the brand identity and support fast interaction. Iconography, typography, button states and form design were optimized for accessibility and ease.
Responsive Interface
Both mobile and desktop versions were designed to provide consistent experience. The booking flow performs smoothly on any device.
